System User manager module gone

After the latest update, the System->User manager module has been replaced with a 'change password' page the menu url is : /system_usermanager_passwordmg.php

This is on both my boxes (SG-3100) and a cloud VM installation.
This is wth an admin account, that has access to user management.

Any clues to look for ?
