IPSec No Connectivity

Hi everyone,

I am facing a weird issue with IPsec on PFsense.
I set up a tunnel between PFSense and a Watchguard XTM 5.
The tunnel was successfully established (it says so on the IPsec status dashboard)
but on the PFsense LAN i loose the internet connection and there's no connectivity between the 2 sites (can't to connect to each other LAN)

I have no errors in the IPsec logs after the tunnel is established :

here's what it keeps on logging (see attached)

Any help would be much appreciated
