I have an SG-4860 that I've had for several years. It crapped out today. When I unplug it and plug it back in I get solid red status lights and after a few minutes it shuts back down. I'm not sure how to use the console access as it is just a mini-USB port. Where do I start trying to figure out what is wrong with it? If it is something relatively simple that I can replace , great. If not I'll just order a new one as this one is several years old.

I don't know how to log in there. I tried my old pfsense support password but it didn't work. I don't know what TNSR is. I used the password reset link, but it never sent me the email to reset my password.

Different login. There is a sign up button at the bottom right.

Found it. That is a very poorly designed web page. They should put the signup button right under the login.
