    PFsense 2.2.3 Bandwidthd Package not starting

      (These logs are when i click start service for bandwidthd  but service  is not getting sstarted .
      2.2.3-RELEASE (amd64)

      Sir on previous version bandwidthd was working perfectly , when new version came , did a fresh install , but issue with bandwidthd plugin/package'

      I tested on another PC also same  issue . On previous version its working perfectly

      Using Only bandwidthd package, tried reinstalling still same

      2.3-RC (amd64)
