Speed limitation upload & download on same interface based on ips for man lans

Hi ,
i have 1 wan and about 10 Lan interfcaes
i want to implemente something like :
lan1 + lan2 + lan3 has speed limitation of x/y down/up
lan4+lan5+lan6 has speed limitaton of x/y down/up

how could that be done ??
can i do it on the wan interface only ???

as  you see i have many interfaces and i dont want to apply it on each interfaces individual, i want to do it on some lan interfaces .

what do you suggest to me to do that  ?

as i know in cisco i can do policymap that limit upl/down based on ips  on the same interface .

any ideas

?
