Limiting bandwidth in day

Hello fellow pfSense users
I want every user or group to be allowed access to the Internet for a certain amount of time per day or ip/Mac.

for example
Each user can only use 200 MB of internet per day and will be blocked until the next day if they use it.
?!

It's possible to do that using the captive portal and freeradius accounting.
