Routing secondary wan ip to an internal IP

I have searched but have not been able to find documentation. I have a set of 5 statics and I have the first static being used by the PFSense box. I need to use another IP in the Wan usable subnet to route port 80, 443 traffic to a lan ip. I have set it up using the Firewall Rules as well as set up the virtual ip for that wan ip address. The problem is it won't route. Everytime I browse the URL connected to that IP, it pulls up the PFSense gui instead of the routing to the internal IP. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
