        I assume you mean with lcdproc? Did you try any of the existing drivers?

          yes sir ist LCDPROC..i hit the right driver sir...use watchguard and wallah its flawless...even buttons are working..

          Only thing tho i cant control is the display goes off after say 30sec...and i need to press any button to resume...any idea where is this timeout configured?

            The backlight timer is hardcoded in the SDEC driver as the original SDEC display had a backlight with a limited lifespan.

            There is some discussion of it in the original thread including how to recompile it without that.
