My pfSense 2.0.1 (multi-user) is acting strangely!!

I've added a static DHCP allowances of 10.64.5.1 (allready have a few 10.64.1.x and 10.64.3.x) and the DHCP range for this sub net is 10.64.20.1-10.64.255.250.

Now that I've added that rule, if I then apply it, the GUI hangs.  Puttying in and restarting the GUI seems to have no effect.  After a while (10 or 15 minutes?), it seems to let me in - but still tells me:
The static mapping configuration has been changed.
You must apply the changes in order for them to take effect.
If I click the apply, the lock happens again.

Further, the dashboard is listing the DHCP service as stopped - which it hasn't been.  And it is still DHCPing fine.

Last thing - it is a CARPed pfSense.

      Anybody got any ideas?

I think it is something to do with CARP not mirroring the two correctly.  Even though the Apply has been pressed, but is still asking to be pressed, the new DHCP static address HAS been added.

There's an idea. Any change you can try this on the current version?
