      So my SG-1100 was behaving weirdly and I connected to the serial console to see what's up.

      It is in an eternal reboot loop, the last few lines before it reboots are the following:

      Launching the init system...mode = 0100666, inum = 138413, fs = /
      panic: ffs_valloc: dup alloc
      cpuid = 1
      Uptime: 21s
      Automatic reboot in 15 seconds - press a key on the console to abort
      --> Press a key on the console to reboot,
      --> or switch off the system now.

      Now I'm a complete n00b and I have no idea what to do.

      Initially, I wanted to do a factory reset so that's why I tried connecting to the console but now all I see it this eternal reboot loop and never is there a menu prompt.
