lose connection port

I hope someone can help me, I have a 2.4.4 pfsense, in this several NAT routes, from which one goes to the capture system server, (9091 port) and suddenly the port is lost. I do a port scan from another carrier, and notice that the port no longer answers.

as a reference, in firewall / Rules / WAN / my connection 9091 when it stopped it had more than 2000 "state creations", and only the other routing rules had less, they continued to operate. Could it be that this part of NAT is covered? or does it require other walls?
