multi lan and multi wan problem

hi there
i have small problem with my pfsense box i have 3 wan for multi wan and 2 lan network one of them for my network server ( radius, sql server , dns server , zabbix , coova chilli and etc)
and second lan for guest client and its connect to mikrotik box .

my problem is second network cant see or ping for first network . do u have any idea why
