      Hello Devs,
Does any one know which php function or shell script is called from "Apply changes" button and related javascript, when the system is marked as 'dirty' and asks for confirmation when editing gateway (my main main focus) ( or interface or rules etc ).. and user settings are changing the old ones, in order to execute user confirmation and reload in the background?

      Thanks

        Hi,

        What page / button ?

        This one :

        f8eb7267-4daf-4ac6-ae4b-aa2aed6cf0d9-image.png

        It's here : /firewall_rules.php line 131 (pfSense 2.4.4-p3)
        That's classic PHP for me.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

There is no single function called when that button is pressed. Every page that needs it implements its own code to apply changes as needed.

Simple but Great inside, I found the rest of POST "apply" on related pages, either be rules, gateways etc.. according to your example in conjuction with confirmation of jimp below. Thanks again, much appreciated.
