        What is your problem?

First try to find out what you want.
        Then ask questions ;)

Are you looking for help to set the traffic shaper up?
Have you even tried to set it up?

We do what we must, because we can.

Need create queue&traffic_rule for each workstation (45?)
            –-
            OR
If you about HTTP traffic, then good way - squid proxy traffic managment. This have possibility set per-user bandwidth.
