HA proxy Global email notifications

How do i configured HA proxy email notification with gmail ID as my gmail xyz@gmail.com i just want to as below what will be name mailserver mailserverport as i am using gmail email id
Mailer servers :- Name Mailserver Mailserverport Actions (i need idea from you)
Mail level :- informational (i used this)
Mail myhostname : smtp.gmail.com
Mail from :- xyz@gmail.com
Mail to :- abc@gmail.com
i have done everything but not working even my backend down, and one more thing how do i test my HA proxy configuration working or not because my back end down but did not get notification.i have done my settings as below if it correct why does get any back-end notification.
Mailer servers :- Name: gmail Mailserver: smtp.gmail.com Mailserverport 465 Actions
Mail level :- informational (i used this)
Mail myhostname : smtp.gmail.com
Mail from :- xyz@gmail.com
Mail to :- abc@gmail.com
Note :- i have checked with all smtp ports 25,465,2525,587 but not working
