RRD Traffic Data Not Accurate

Specifically the data amount under the period column.
In the first screenshot you can see that the RRD graph is reporting about 974 GB of data was sent out of the WAN interface. In the second screenshot you can see that Bandwidthd is reporting about 1,874 GB of data was sent by this IP for the same time period. This IP among others send all their traffic out the WAN interface.
I have verified with my ISP that Bandwidthd is reporting the correct amount.
I am using the latest version of pfSense 2.2.4-RELEASE (amd64).Does anyone know the cause of this issue? Any input would be much appreciated.

Is all of the data actually going out the WAN interface? I only ask because I'm not familiar with Bandwidthd and I don't know if that screenshot is an interface or an aggregate of some kind.

Yes all of those IPs send their traffic out the WAN interface.

Here is an extra piece of potential useful information.
The traffic data for the 3 month, 1 year, and 4 year periods which use 1 day averages appear to be correct.
