      Hi guys,

      I have a Netgate SG-1100 broken. When I connect to it the power supply cord, the green led turns solid and it doesn't blink, hence I think it doesn't boot up neither.

      I've tried to do a factory reset using the reset button, and I also used the console cable with no success. What can I do for restoring this device?
