Website will not resolve

I am currently hosting my own Wordpress site which can be navigated to by going to nightnetworks.com…. The issue is that while the site can be accessed from outside of the local network it can not be accessed using the DNS name on the internal network.
Any suggestions... I am sure its something simple that I am missing.

This does not seem to work…
One of the biggest issues that I see with this is that I use the DNS name nightnetworks.com for multiple servers... So say I want to hit my minecraft server that would need to go to a different internal IP then say trying to go the website, make since? I was using a D-Link router prior to and I was just able to use my dns name without issue, what would I need to do to configure pfSense to work like a store bought router?
I tired using Pure NAT... as it would appear that I need it to send my request out of the firewall and back in so that it gets sent to the correct server however Pure NAT did not seem to do the trick either.
Also I have turned the DNS Fwd and DNS Resolver off... My preference would be to use the Google DNS servers and just have the firewall hand those out to each DHCP client, which is what it is currently doing.

well nat reflection never going to work if you have a double nat setup.. And the first router not doing nat reflection to the pfsense wan IP.

how is that an issue.. for starters that is bad fqdn.. why would you not have minecraft.nightnetworks.com and then website.nightnetworks.com - so your internal dns points 1 to .100 and other to .101 on your network. You can have your public fqdn all point to your public.. Problem solved without having to mess with the hack that is nat reflection.
Your making your problem more complicated than it needs to be simple host over rides and this problem is solved in 10 seconds.
If you point your client to public dns how are you going to resolve any local names? Ever!!

Well yeah it would ;) So much cleaner and better than a nat reflection hack.. And now your traffic not hairpinning every time you want to access a resource directly connected to the same network.
