        Read about it this morning and had a chuckle.  Only now I realize that this story is 2 years old.  I don't know why it popped up now.

          The "field notice" is hillarious as well - of course that it must be a cable issue that the LEDs get obscured as well… Who'd have thought about such details.  ::) ;D

            In my entire life, I don't think I have come across a device with a reset button that didn't locate it at the back or bottom of the unit, usually recessed via pinhole access.  But Cisco knows better, I suppose.
