How to block VPN Tunneling bypass from Proxy

Hi,

In my office I installed pfsense and we blocked users from accessing some sites. But they are installing some add-ons from google chrome like vpn tunnel and freedom sites to bypass proxy. Is there any option to block those sites even they use the same vpn add ons and freedom sites to bypass from Proxy.

You could block all outbound traffic from the offenders, then when they complain you remind them of the policy they are violating and you'll unblock when they stop violating.
