i haveing problem with the ethernet connection

i install the 2.4.5.r.20200204.1736 my wan PPPoE would not connect to the internet i pull the ethernet cable plug back in it work i have Think server TS140 it my motherbroad ethernet port i know this not a hardware issue

When you put on your pppoe modem first, and wait a minute or so, and then you activate pfSEnse (power on) does it work ?
