      We are working with a potential new client that has retail stores across the globe. This requires all hardware to have international availability. At the moment I believe their markets are North America (primarily the USA) and South America (primarily Brazil) but they have mentioned European expansion as well. We have used pfSense domestically on our own hardware for several years for many clients but wouldn't have the ability to support or replace on a global scale. For that we would want official hardware with official support and distribution. If we had a unit under warranty go down, what is the turnaround time to get a new unit shipped in different countries? Does it vary by sku?

          @NogBadTheBad Thanks. I've seen that and it shows me partners if I need to purchase locally in the area. Would I then just need to purchase from various partners and keep track of what is from where? I'd prefer to avoid that. I was thinking of purchasing directly from Netgate on their website along with support. I would think that any of the individual suppliers would run into the same issue I would have, namely the ability to get a new device to another country overnight.

                  @jimp That would be my next step. I just figured it would be good information for the community to know about how the support works. I often feel there is a disconnect between the community and Netgate and so I thought it would be nice if that information was out there in case someone else ran into this situation.
