Problem when disconnects wan or lan

Did some testing here just actually went back to being normal to network when I disabled the dhcpd server pfsense fixed ip and put on the machines .dhcpd server enabled and taking any network cable into both the wan or lan only return to work when I restart the Does anyone machine has been there
