2.5gbps -1.24mbps NAT + Firewall + VPN. GPON OLT SFP

Hi,
I would like some suggestions for a hardware combo that can do the following:
2.5gbps down 1.24mbps up NAT
Firewall
Decent 100mbps OpenVPN 256bitNot required but desired:
Some sort of http-https filtering would be nice.Current setup, GPON 1gbps symetrical via ADTRAN Total Access 334

So an Intel Xeon E3-1241v3, 8 GB ECC RAM and a Intel Quad Port card together with a SSD

Go by a cheap SFP > RJ45 media adapter.
Budget $500 pfsense box only. Flexible.

Would be my personally choice of this setup.
