As the subject says, is this possible?
I've looked around, but either my Google skills are failing me, or its never been done.

      Thanks
      John

What's inside it? You have a link to the specs? Or a model number at least?

I'm going to say probably if it's any of those listed here:
        http://www.kerio.com/support/kerio-control#techspecs-tab4

Those are all x86. It does depend how locked down they are though.

Hi @haywooj, have you found a way? I am searching for a solution, too.

Have you tried to install pfsense to a ssd and the insert it to the Kerio Control Box?

Do you have that hardware? What exactly is in it? What have you tried?

In the end - I realised that the larger boxes have i386 CPU, which pfsense stopped supporting (AES-NI), so I went with OPNSense for both the 3300 and the 1100 (1.5GHz Celeron M)
              Both work like a charm!

Seems like it's 32bit only so you would not be able to install current pfSense. 2.3.5 was the last 32bit version.

If it's low RAM too you might want to try OpenWRT instead:
                  https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/installation/openwrt_x86

@valshare You can’t install the latest version as the box is 32 bit.
To install OPNSense was easy. USB installer, keyboard and monitor and away I went.
There was one small partition on the ssd which I couldn’t access, with any utility, so I just used what was available. Plenty enough
