It looks like maybe you are trying to install it in 2.4.4x?
It is pulling the 2.4.5 packages and they conflict. Upgrade to 2.4.5 first.

I had speedtest installed from before.. I show this currently installed that seems to be related.

Not sure where he is getting 2.1.1 version from... Guess I could fire up a clean 2.4.5 installing the speedtest-cli
But when I do a pkg update, shows everything up to date..

then why doesn't mine upgrade - im on 2.4.5 as you can see
Oh - mine is 27... let me remove that and then try and install 3.7

Yup, because Python was upgraded, that is effectively a different package.
