Need pfsense software link for Netgate XG-7100 1U

I just learned the hard way Netgate XG-7100 1U has software made just for this model that I will have to wait until Monday to get a link from netgate to download it. I have to have my network up 6AM Monday morning for everyone working remotely during this virus outbreak does anyone have a link for this download? pfSense-netgate-memstick-XG-7100-2.4.5-RELEASE-amd64.img.gz or have the downloaded that I can get? attached is a snippet from the manual

why would you ahve to wait til monday? to download it - their support is open 24/7, just open a ticket and you should have link in like 2 minutes..

Thanks John I just did get it from support but on the website somewhere it said support was Monday Thru Friday I am glad I was wrong on this one!!!!

Not sure where you would of seen that - you have a link? Maybe way back before they opened up support for commercial support.. But that had to be a few years already..
A few years ago they really ramped up support.. You know an enterprise is going to want/need 24/7/365..
Maybe some old site on pfsense.org vs netgate? If you happen to have the link - we can get them to fix that so others don't run into the same sort of issue..

I had several webpages open at the same time and I had one open for this pfsense page https://www.netgate.com/company/contact-us.html and that's where I got those hours but for the support ticket website that response was pretty quick. I got the download installed it installed perfect except for the reboot it wasn't rebooting from the harddrive and I was getting an error I fixed that restored from my backed up settings and now I am up and running

Ah that is just their main office hours, not the support hours ;) Makes sense now..
