I'm behind a cgnat and am unable to port forward. However, when playing games plugged directly into the carriers modem, I am able to get open/moderate NAT.But when I'm behind pfsense, I always have strict NAT despite having all required ports forwarded.

I'm guessing they have UPNP or something on their end. Is there any way I can request specific UPNP ports from within pfsense, or at least forward the requests through?

You may also need static outbound NAT configured in pfSense for the internal IP(s) you are gaming from.

You can't 'pass' UPnP through to an upstream device. However I'd be surprised to find a CGN provider listening for that anyway.
