SG-3100 New Install

Just received my SG-3100 today and began the original installation and changed the admin default password. I am unable to access the webgui to continue setup. Getting the invalid login/password error. I suspect I wrote down the wrong password. How can I recover to resume setup? Thanks for you help!

@prntdckt You are going to need to connect to the Console port and use option 3 to reset the password.

Thanks for the reply, I did install PuTTY, configured it, but wasnt sure what to do next.

Is the next step to open a support ticket, get the factory firmware, and reinstall the software ? Is there a way to reset the password from the console prompt?

Connect to the console.
Press enter once to show the menu.
Press 3 then enter to reset the password.
