IP Addressing at / for installation

Hi,
I'm setting my network up again... I wanted to check if my plan would work..
Modem-172.16.0.1
Pfsense 172.16.5.1
Switch 172.16.5.2
Server 172.16.5.3
HTPC 172.16.5.4
All devices here apart from the HTPC are capable of being or providing DHCP. My problem is I'm not sure what device should be the 'chosen one' or which should be used.
