    Lose connections to external VPN routes

      I have a router that has several VPN connections. This router also has a DMZ connection where the pfsense hangs off of. I have created a static route to be able to access the resources on the other side of the VPN tunnels. The static routes take the private side of the pfsense instead of going out the WAN interface. The VPN connection works perfectly fine for about a minute or so, then the connection drops. I have to reestablish the connections again.

      If I connect to the LAN side of the router my connections stay up. What could be causing this issue on PFSense?

      MyIP(10.21.40.128) -> PfSense (10.21.40.1)-> Router (10.21.40.254) -> VPN 10.91.100.5
