https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=99812.msg565095#msg565095are you using VLAN TAG and a single WAN interface?
Both connection are PPPoE?I hope that someone read the post and try it.. it's a simple replicable bug :-(

Hi,
I'm using single WAN interface, not use VLAN. I has only the problem with WAN2.

@minhneo, check speed/duplex on igb1 interface.
It should be set to default or autodetect, and in Status -> Interfaces, Media should be showing full duplex.
If you see half duplex, that means your WAN connection is probably configured for full duplex which disables auto-negotiation, and you will need to set your side to full duplex. -
@awebster: I tried auto, 100 full duplex –> no ok. But I do https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=100447.0 –> ok
