No communication between WAN to LAN

Hello,
School assignment so don't question the why lol

See video below for what I'm trying to set up.

I'm using Hyper-V and a class B address, I have packet filtering turned off to just use routing. My interfaces look like this:

Both private and bogon blocking checkboxes are unticked.
I have the subnets set up into 2 networks:
172.16.0.0/17
172.16.128.0/17

Here are the things I can ping between:
Either VM -> interfaces
pfsense -> interfaces

Things i cannot ping between:
VM -> VM
pfsense -> VM
