      Hi,

      I recently upgraded my SG-1100 to pfsense 2.4.5 which was flawless.
      Is there also a way to upgrade the system BIOS?

      In the dashboard I see this:

      BIOS Vendor: U-Boot
      Version: 2017.03-armada-17.10.2-g6a6581a-dirty
      Release Date: Thu Nov 1 2018

        U-boot gets updated with the OS, since it's a package like most other components of pfSense. There is no need to worry about separate BIOS updates. If it needs anything, it will come when you update pfSense.
