      Does anyone have any advice on how to download the factory firmware for a Netgate XG-7100 1U. I use to be able to download this online but I no longer can and documentation says to open a support ticket. I’ve tried opening a support ticket but I’m getting an error saying the user has been blocked. I’m not sure how to get this since I can’t open a ticket. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

        Were you able to resolve this?

        I have no idea why you were blocked but I have now whitelisted your address so please open a ticket or email support@netgate.com and we can get you that firmware.
