Did updater get broken?!?!

I am running the 2.4.5 train, and my box hasn't updated since 1/11, even though i see theres snapshots up to 1/19. Did the updater get broken or are these snapshots not being updated so they can be pulled normally?

We'll be having a hard time explain why thousands did upgrade since "1/11".

are only available for 2.5.0 (called 'the bleeding edge').
