Carp Vip : intern to public to intern

Hello,

I have a carp vip adres in pfsense.
when i'm internal i'll would go to the carp vip adres.
I can ping this adres but when i put the carp vip in the browser then i'll get to see the firewall .
when i'm outside the firewall forwarded the good port and i'm able to go to the server.

how it must work:

192.168.12.14 -> carp adres 194.109.87.5 -> 192.168.12.15

firewall is 192.168.12.254

how it's now working:

192.168.12.14 -> 194.109.87.5 -> 192.168.12.254

Lan interface everything is open.
on wan : port 80 from 194.109.87.5 to 192.168.12.15

public ip : 194.109.87.2
