I'm shopping around  for a new NIC, and noticed the pricing on the expi9402pt is all over the board. Newegg, for example, is over $100 while amazon is under $50. Are the cheaper prices for legit cards?

Any 3rd party sellers on Amazon listing at $50 are either selling used hardware or knockoffs.

        I can break anything.

I am thinking that the most cards on amazon are all refurbished
and the other ones from newegg are mostly brand new ones.

Thanks to both of you (didn't realize I could only use the "Thank You" button once.)

This is $28 (inc shipping) and is actually listed as a new product. In the Q&A section, someone asks if its a clone and both responses say its genuine.  Of course, they could be fake responses. Assuming this really is a knock-off, is there a way to tell? Trying to decide if this is worth the gamble.

If it's $28 then it's not a genuine card.  It may work just fine, or it may fail on you a month in, there's no way to know.

Would you please answer the next question truly? How old are you?
