pfSense MS-RDP Up/Download QoS does not work.

I completed QoS per IP with NAT configuration.
Upload / Download test was completed using Speedtest.
However, the host MSRDP file was dragged and transferred, but the upload/download QoS was not applied.

Is it possible to set the MS-RDP QoS policy in pfSense?
QoS and RDP applied per IP are not applied equally.
