Hello all the community, I want to thank you for taking the time to read my post.
My problem may sound crazy but believe me it is real. The fact is that only at the company where I work, our ISP (ETECSA) has changed the ADSL connection to Fiber optics, a notable improvement, but with this change we have been informed that they do not have routers and that this process must be done with pfsense, so that they have installed all the corresponding equipment up to the LAN Switcher, but without routers, how can I route my connection?

Thanks in advance and greetings from Cuba

Well at the moment we don't know anything about your setup /LAN network. So it's almost impossible to tell you exactly whats wrong.
Generally speaking, running through the pfSense wizard will leave you with a working default configuration, providing Internet access from the LAN Interface.
