      I'm trying to install pfSense on a HP EliteDesk 800 G5.
      When I’m booting from a usb-stick it freezes on the following screen.
      How can I continue with booting?

        Installing an other OS on this machine is working fine.
        Only when I try to install pfSense, it hangup every time at the same point.

        No one with the same issue? Or anyone who can hint me to the right point?
        Thanks in advance.

          disable UEFI from bios and/or upgrade the bios

          they simply don't care

            @kiokoman Thanks for your reaction.
            I already disabled UEFI. BIOS is also at the latest version.

              enable MS.. is still active, check the bios for other reference like boot order, try to use MBR instead of GPT partiton scheme when you install pfsense or idk

                Unchecked Enable MS... gives a error about "HP Sure recover can't find a recovery image" (I formatted the SSD).
                When this disabled, error gone ☺ but I was back as far as my first post.

                Then I checked the boot order as you indicated.
                When I totally disable the UEFI boot order, it end in a bootloop. This machine is booting too fast for even pause/halt the system to check the message it gave.

                  you need to disable UEFI boot order, next step is to understand why it's not starting
