      Hi,

      I would like to receive the firmware for my Sg-1100 as the firmware got corrupted. I followed the instructions to open a support ticket, but it says my user is blocked.

      Any suggestions to get the firmware?

        I have unblocked that. Please try to open a ticket again if you still need the firmware.
