no LED status on nics

my appliance uses Marvell 88E1512 and i am not getting any LED status (light) on the lan ports..any thoughts please

Did you build your own cables? I did that recently and messed up a couple of cables, and this happened to me. If the cable does not work, there will be no status lights.

ruled out. this issue is duplicated now even in the manufacturer
