Depends. What information are you trying to log? Just general usage stats, or do you need URL information/content?

I need only url, no extra information or content.
I want to know what sites are visited.
          Thank

Well I recommend squid3 and squidguard for the http with sarg to see the reports and for the https well…WPAD but its a hassle because of the proxy

^What he said. You can also try Dansguardian, although it's mostly used for managing access to sites rather than direct proxying per se.
