    Alix and APU 2.2.6 upgrade successful

      Upgraded 1 Alix 2D13 with WiFi card and 1 APU from 2.2.5 to 2.2.6. All went smoothly.

      Note:
      Alix using pfSense-2.2.6-RELEASE-2g-i386-nanobsd-upgrade.img.gz
      APU using pfSense-2.2.6-RELEASE-4g-amd64-nanobsd-upgrade.img.gz

        Did you do auto ? I did manual from local file, twice and it wasn't after normally 20 min on other slice Alix2D13.

        Edit: with Auto ready All rebooted in 14 min.

          I downloaded the upgrade images and did manual upgrade. That is because I have crap internet and it is quite likely that the auto-upgrade will drop out while downloading due to that. For me a download manager can work away at getting the image, then I can use it to do manual upgrade knowing that I have it all locally.

          It does take time to write the image to the other slice - it seems to depend on the state (age) of the CF card.
