Other suffix in DHCP lease

Not sure why this log is appearing. Its only showing up for one device, an HP Printer. I don't have any static mappings for dns or dhcp setup, so I assume pfsense takes whatever domain is in General Setup and uses that for dhcp hosts?
I saw the other post about .local domain names, I do not have a .local domain so thats not my issue.
How do I stop these logs from appearing?

I've power cycled the hp printer and it appears the logs have stopped for now.
