      Need advice on fan less hardware for about 100mb wan throughput.

      Users: 4 - 5
      Devices: 15 - 20
      OpenVPN Users: 2 - 4

      Also planning to run snort on the device so need room for that as well.

      Prefer to go with fanless device but if that isn't possible, then might consider fan based models. More than two ethernet ports would be great addition.

        • pfSense store SG-2220 or SG-2440 units should do the job
        • RCC-VE Desktop: Atom C2000 series units are also able to realize what you want
        • Intel Celeron J1900 or N2930 units should do this job perhaps also fanless on top
        • PC Engines APU1d4 or APU2B4 (Q1/2016) are also good enough and fanless on top
