no SNMP-V3 trap/inform server field in net-snmp

Hi

I'm configuring snmp-v3 for pfsense every thing is working but i noticed that there is no configuration for snmp v3 trap/inform specifically Server and port, for snmp v2/v1 exists but there is nothing for snmp v3! what's the problem? is there a other way to configuring this for example other packages or with cli terminal?
