I was able to hit the PFSense GUI from the WAN side "HN0" but was never able to access it from the LAN side "HN1". I can no longer access the GUI at all to add rules, etc.
Nothing has changed and I can access the shell. Can anyone give ideas of where to look in the shell to see what might be going on? or suggest a way to open the LAN IP to the GUI?
      Thanks.

Uhm you can use option 15 from the console menu to restore a previously working config
or from the shell, you can use

        pfctl -d

        to disable the firewall
there is also an Anti-lockout option under System / Advanced / Admin Access
It should be unchecked, at least until you are sure that everything is working the way it should

@hechtd, disable RFC1918 Network. Go to Interfaces > LAN > Reserved Networks > unchecked Block private networks and loopback addresses (RFC1918 Network).
