Block Mobile OpenVPN client connexion from target local network site!

Almost my employees use their business notebook at the office and at home to remote working. When they are in the office, often they let their OpenVPN client connected ... I think that can cause some network problem sometimes.

What's will be the best to block that?

How about blocking the OVPN public ip on the "inside/office lan side"

@bingo600 That’s the first thing I though, but maybe that can cause another problem on my network? Maybe if I just block about OVPN port used for the connection?!?

Yes you could do that too
On "Inside Lan" - Block <OpenVPN Server Public IP> - UDP port <OpenVPN Server Port>
